You’re head starts spinning really fast and you know the only way to stop it is to lay down and go to sleep. Only you know you’ll never really be able to fall asleep, not now. Your stomach gets in knots and your hands start shaking. You start thinking of ways to take the pain away but you know it’s not worth it. You feel hopeless. You know there’s nothing you can do. So you just sit there, and cry, and cry and cry.
